ON Monday, March 1 at about 10am I was knocked off my bike by a motorist on the roundabout at the start of the New Ferry bypass.
Unfortunately I was knocked unconscious, only regaining consciousness in Arrowe Park Hospital sometime later.
I am told people came out from local businesses to care for me until the police and ambulance arrived and Enterprise car hire put a warm jacket over me. Someone rang for the emergency services.
Unfortunately due to my lack of consciousness I do not know who to thank but I would really like to express my sincere thanks through this newspaper to whoever helped.
I have some way to go to full recovery but I will be forever grateful to those who helped me.
