THE recent introduction of the one way system around the lake seems to have upset some people.
The majority of walkers are taking the new measures to help social distancing in their stride.
Unfortunately, a few or one of the complainers have taken it one step further and vandalised signage designed to assist in helping walkers to social distance.
Two signs were slashed over the weekend under cover of darkness and another Monday night.
I despair of people’s mentality who feel they have to take a knife to obliterate signs, because they aren't happy being told that walking around the lake in one direction is safer.
