WE were given an appointment for the Covid 19 Vaccine at St Catherine’s Hospital for 2pm.

We arrived 10 minutes early and were greeted at the door and advised where to go. We then met another member of staff who again made sure that we knew where to go.

On arrival at the surgery we were given a coloured card which denoted which room to go to. On seeing our card we were then shown to our room and immediately given the vaccine.

The entire event took 10 minutes and was done with smiles and charm. There was a very positive atmosphere. We are a great country and can get things done.

We need a more positive press.
