ONE of the benefits of the past year has been able to go for walks.
I have certainly done more steps than in the previous few years.
But what is it with dog walkers?
Can they not pick up the presents left by their pooches?
Wherever I go I see pooh left on the floor or in bags thrown in hedges or just left on footpaths.
How lazy do you have to be?
Bring back dog licences and take it from people too lazy to properly look after their animals.
That may stop it.
