I wish to thank a kind, honest gentleman I know only as Roger.
I heard a knock on my front door on the morning of Saturday, January 16 but the caller was gone by the time I woke and hauled myself out of bed.
The caller had posted my driving licence.
I didn’t realise I had lost it.
Then on Sunday I received a note explaining it had been found near Fort Perch Rock.
I did have it in my pocket as I-d to pick up an item on Friday.
The note was signed by ‘Roger’ with no other details.
Thank you Roger for your efforts to return this to me and thank you for your honesty and diligence.
I am very grateful.
