I'M not sure if others are experiencing the same lack of services with their GP practices.

I understand that Covid has made face to face appointments impossible but when phoning my practice I get no answer.

I listen to a recorded message advising me to visit their website to find answers to problems or to call NHS 111.

Bear in mind not everyone has internet access.

Getting a telephone appointment with a GP would mean a lot but is almost impossible.

Apart from providing repeat prescriptions and sick notes, I wonder what these highly-paid GPs are actually doing during times when we need them most?
