"Don’t ignore us"
MEOLS station now has a lift and West Kirby and Hoylake stations also have stair-free pedestrian access.
However, the steps at Manor Road remain a nightmare for the people with prams and for the elderly.
It would be easy to resolve this by clearing the path from Sandringham Avenue level crossing leading to the far platform.
Merseytravel just completely ignore us when we ask for explanation and help with this.
Surely, this is in contravention of the Equalities Act 2010?
