Fly-tipping is getting worse
I saw that you covered already an article about fly tipping, but it’s getting worse.
The council is only clearing the entries once a month. For people with disabilities and those who are elderly or infirm this is a nightmare trying to put the bins out.
Instead of silly statues (eg, the clown at new Brighton) the council needs to rethink the alley gates and put up CCTV on entries.
