ONCE again, I am writing to you to say how ashamed I am at the state of Hoylake beach.

The grass growing on the beach is both unsightly and puts off the visitors to Hoylake.

What is the council doing to restore the beach to its former glory? I think the residents of Hoylake do not want a beach like Parkgate, but that is what we will end up with if the situation continues as it is.

Come on council, do something about the state of the beach before we lose all visitors to the town altogether.

I appreciate that chemicals cannot be used, but there must be a way. Just do it, quickly.
