THIS letter relates to dogs on public transport.
The person who recently wrote in to complain about dogs being allowed on buses has now gone to the trouble of writing in twice.
You obviously have a particular dislike for dogs.
As I don’t drive, I often take my dog on the bus for his walk around West Kirby Marine Lake.
He is well-behaved and welltrained and is always welcomed by bus drivers and passengers alike.
I think I may have seen you on my travels.
You must be the one who has the expression of someone who has just swallowed a wasp and tut tuts, even though my dog sits quietly on my lap.
You raised a good point of 'sighs on buses'.
How about one saying 'no dogs allowed'?
Maybe you could try to be more tolerant of your fellow canine passengers and save yourself the stress or just don’t use public transport.
E Maitland-Jones, Saughall Massie
