Council's adding insult to injury
OVER the past few years, millions of pounds has been spent, and is still being spent, on New Brighton by this council.
As a person who lives in Moreton, I found this a complete insult; not only to myself but to all who live in this particular neglected area.
On January 29 this year, I received a letter from the council stating that Moreton, over the next 15 years, can expect more houses and mixed use development.
I find this is adding more insult to injury as I look around me as I look around me at the decline in this particular area.
I have always been against class distinction in any form.
