Bike lights best present
THE best extra present a parent can give their children this Christmas is a set of bike lights and new batteries.
They are so cheap now.
Time after time, teenagers on bikes wearing all dark clothing, are just being missed by cars and buses as they cycle along with their music headphones on, totally oblivious that they cannot be seen.
