I AM a community mental health nurse and I work at the Stein centre at St Catherine's hospital.
I am helping to organise a Christmas concert on December 19 for people who utilise music to aid their mental well being and the local community.
The concert is free event and at the new facility "the bloom building" by the Priory in Birkenhead.
It will bring together ourselves in the NHS choir Wirral Harmony Singers with two charities - the open door centre and Be Well, the suicide prevention charity.
I am going to be raising money for the Open Door centre and the homeless by doing a raffle that day and I would love to spread the word that music is so good for your mental health with the aid of Christmas cheer.
Emma Mills, community mental health nurse.
