Achievements overlooked
A RECENT advertising feature in the Wirral Globe on Ridgeway High School reported that students from the school were the first to receive silver level in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme.
In the 1980s and ‘90s many Ridgeway students received silver awards, some of whom went on to achieve success at gold level.
It's disappointing the achievements of these ex-students has been ovelooked.
