AFTER the politicians dog's Brexit, whenever it comes now, I forecast the following fiascos.
The farmers will picket the ports and try to prevent cheap food imports entering the country.
The car and ceramics industries will cease to exist in the UK.
Prices will shoot through the roof and shortages will necessitate the return of rationing.
After all this, a grateful British public will re-elect the Tory Government with a 100-plus majority, if the Thatcher years are any guide.
I voted Brexit, but not for the likely outcome on offer now.
