HAVE I missed a 'new - updated' issue of The Highway Code, one which states that parking of vehicles on road junctions is okay?
Look around Wirral, did you even see so much illegal, thoughtless, selfish abandonment of vehicles as that which exists today - and no one to prosecute those who thereby break the law.
