CAN somebody please advise me and many other local residents of what is going on at Tam O'Shanter urban farm?
Recently I took my grandchildren to the farm only to be told it was closed for a very vague reason, my friend later took her grandchild to the farm only again to be told it was closed, leaving some very disappointed children.
I have noticed in the past few months the farm is looking decidedly unkempt - is this the way the council want it ran in order to close it down to gain green space for house building?
The farm and the hill are local precious gems for all to use at a very low cost and therefore must be protected.
