I WOULD like to thank the young couple with the collie dog who came to my aid when I collapsed on the Wirral Way at West Kirby and also the gentleman who assisted.
The ambulance crew and the staff at Arrowe Park Hospital were wonderful.
After tests I was let out after a couple of hours.
The conclusion was that I had walked too far on a very hot day, temperature of 28 degrees, and had become dehydrated.
John Steel, Wallasey.
