TRANMERE Rovers have confirmed the signing of forward Omari Patrick on a one-year contract.
Fans may have got a glimpse of the 28-year-old already as he has played as a trialist in Rovers' pre-season victories over Preston North End and Blackpool, as well as the draw at Fylde, and scored in the Blackpool win.
Patrick has experienced promotion from League Two with Carlisle United in 2023, in the same side as Kristian Dennis, who he is reunited with.
On signing for Tranmere, Patrick, said: “I’m very excited to start my time at Tranmere Rovers. I’ve been here for about two weeks and I’ve been welcomed ever since I got here so now I can’t wait for the season to get going and do what I know I can do.”
Rovers manager Nigel Adkins said: “We are delighted to welcome Omari Patrick to Tranmere Rovers.
"The experienced attacker has impressed during the last few weeks he has been with us and we are looking forward to working with him over the coming season as he joins our ambitious, hard-working squad of players.”
