ASHVILLE striker Ben Greenop has announced his intention to leave the club ahead of the upcoming season.
The former Manchester United youth player has agreed terms with fellow NWCFL First Division South side Sandbach United. The move is set to be ratified when player registrations open on July 1.
Greenop finished as Ashville’s top scorer last season with 15 goals to his name including a memorable hat-trick against Droylsden.
A statement from Ashville said: "Everyone at the club would like to place on record its sincere gratitude to Ben Greenop for his service to the club over the last three years and we all wish him the very best of luck for the future."
