TRANMERE Rovers Women have confirmed that first team manager, Sam Irvine, has left the club.
Irvine joined Rovers Women from Bury in August 2022 alongside assistant Craig Nolan.
In 2023, he led Rovers Women, of the fifth tier, to a thrilling penalty shoot out win over fourth tier, Stockport County, to retain the Cheshire County Cup.
A statement from the club on social media said: "Tranmere Rovers Women can confirm that Sam Irvine has left his position as first team manager.
"As a club, we want to thank Sam for all his efforts and contribution during his time as first team manager.
"All of us at Tranmere Rovers Women would like to wish Sam the best of luck for the future and thank Sam for his commitment over the last two seasons."
