TRANMERE Rovers have been drawn to play Stevenage away in the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The tie will be played at the Lamex Stadium over the weekend of November 3-6.
It is undoubtedly a tough draw for Rovers with Stevenage currently lying in fifth place in League One after winning promotion last season although The Boro have lost three of their last four league matches.
Rovers were victorious on their last trip to Stevenage, winning 1-0 in February thanks to a Josh Hawkes penalty.
Forward Luke Norris scored 36 goals in 121 appearance for The Boro before heading to Tranmere in the summer.
This season marks 20 years since Rovers reached the quarter final stages of the FA Cup when they exited in the sixth round following a 2-1 defeat to Millwall at Prenton Park.
