NESTON are third in the Cheshire County Premier League following a defeat to Cheadle.

Batting first, Cheadle made 274-6 off their 55 overs with Andrej Yaksender making 114 and Ashley Davis picking up 3-69. David Hurst hit 59 in Neston's reply but they were bowled out for 181. 

Oxton were dismissed for 138 at Didsbury who eased past the target for the loss of four wickets in the 27th over. 

In Division Two, Wayne Greve hit an unbeaten 50 for Port Sunlight who made 130 all out against Bollington who won by six wickets. 

Maritime are going well in Division Three after a 27 run win over Hawk Green. Kalhara Sinhage (45) top scored for the hosts as they made 168 before Vithushan Kanthiraj (4-9) and Ashik Anish Kumar (3-10) combined to dismiss the visitors. 

Dan Owen struck 53 for Upton as they posted 156 all out at home to Northwich. Thunder's Sophie Morris then claimed 5-57 for the hosts but the visitors sneaked home by two wickets.
