NESTON completed an eight-wicket win over Toft in the Cheshire County Premier League.

Batting first, the visitors were dismissed for 196 with Rowan Shelton’s 6-67 the highlight. Neston’s reply was built around top order runs from Luke Camden (89no) and Jamie Wilson (60).

Oxton were bowled out for 165 at home to Hyde with Jordan Collier’s 48 the top score. The visitors completed a six wicket in the 46th over.

In Division Two, Port Sunlight got the better of Wirral rivals Upton. Opener Matt Upton struck 50 as the visitors posted 149 all out with Matthew Hodgson (5-30) and Steve Graham (4-30) doing the damage before Graham’s unbeaten 92 and 51 not out from Wayne Greve sealed an eight-wicket win.

Division Three saw Maritime record a huge 218-run win over Winnington Park after Muhammad Qasim Khan (60), Julian Morris (80), Vensakar Kanthiraj (57) and Joseph Mickel Akeem (64) powered the hosts to 287 for seven declared. Gavasker Kanthiraj (4-31) and Hakeem Rauf (5-24) completed a miserable day for the visitors.
