Connor Allen, Will Conway and Lee Turkington scored for Helsby with the Neston goals coming via Lucas McKendry, Joel Hall and Martin Marshall.
In the Championship, Port Sunlight Nomads beat Hoole Rovers 6-2 with goals from Callum Leach (3), Mark Rand (2) and Harley Price.
Andy Perry scored for Orange Athletic in their 4-1 defeat to Helsby IIIs who had Adam Randles, Kostas Alexopolous, Ben Davies and Tom Dodgson on the scoresheet.
In the CWFL Tarvin Precision Vets Division 2 Ashton Vets beat Tarvin Vets 2-0 with goals coming from Johnny Waring and Stuart Mackie.
