JASGA FC leapfrogged Wallasey Wanderers to the top of the Wallasey Sunday First Division with a 2-0 win thanks to a goal apiece from Tom Evans and Adam Walker in an even contest.
Sheridans continued their winning streak despite going down to ten men early in the fixture, but a Leon Jones double and a single from Jack Kelly earned them a 3-0 success and they are second on goal difference.
PLCCFC moved into the top four following their hard-earned victory over previously unbeaten Vineyard, as a brace from Patrick Carpenter and an own goal secured the points, but at 2-1 Luke Forshaw produced a penalty save to prevent an equaliser and within minutes it was 3-1 to the home team. Ben Hawitt scored for Vineyard within the first five minutes of the game.
Action from the Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division saw Trident move into top spot when beating North West Harriers 2-1 with goals from Tom Mulryan and Sam Bonner with the lone response coming from Cameron Bratherton.
Top scorers of the day were Primrose FC who bloomed against Wallasey Wolves in a 6-1 success as Adam Walker (2), Lee Pickles, Dec Kinnear, James Broadbent and Dan Lewis bagged the goals. Jermaine Ricketts notched the consolation.
Park Royal had Jordan Major as a three-goal marksman with Andy Spearing and Alex Ramsay netting singles as they beat Shore Villa Athletic 5-1, to take second position and Louis Shirley claimed the lone reply.
