The top of the table clash in the Wallasey Sunday League First Division ended all square as Rockpoint FC and JASGA FC fought out a terrific 2-2 encounter, giving the latter the edge for the title.

Goals in each half for JASGA came from Alex Duff and Lee Forsythe, but second half efforts from Jason Rigby and Jamie Payne gave Rockpoint a share of the points.

Also drawing 2-2 were Eastham Rangers and Harbour FC as Martin Marshall bagged a brace for Rangers and Adam Hannigan and Alex Broadbent claimed the replies.

A Jack Cooke double allied to a Luke Walker single gave Bromborough Town a 3-1 success over Vineyard, whose lone scorer was Tony Langrell.

PLCCFC secured a 3-1 victory over Poulton Vics with goals from Moses Kampaka (2) and Patrick Carpenter, with Josh Davies hitting the consolation.

The title race continues in the Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division after Wallasey Wanderers defeated second placed Eastham Rangers Colts 4-2, as Colin Jackson (2), Macauley Lathom and Rory Gibson scored in a thrilling encounter that had Bray Lawrie and Dillon Thomas replying for Colts.

Both sides have one fixture remaining.

Sharing eight goals were Shore Villa and West Kirby United due to Luke Aitkins netting a treble and Sam Grange a single for Villa and in response Adam Pettitt fired a hat-trick with Flynn Kaye adding the extra in an end-to-end 4-4 battle.

Wallasey Wolves earned their first victory of the campaign with a 2-1 verdict over Park Royal thanks to efforts from Max Rex and George Webster and Jordan Major scored the only reply.

Action from the Mike O’Sullivan Garages Third Division saw Vale Athletic increase their lead at top spot following their 5-0 success against a battling West Kirby United Whites thanks to Frank Ward (2), Nick Lynch, James Chapman and Liam Kelly finding the net and look odds on to take the title.

Vittoria Vaults stay second after an 8-1 defeat of North West Harriers due to a treble from Leon Jones and singles from Shaun Burgess, Andy Davies, Chris Thompson, Paul Greenwood and Liam Lathom, with Ed Miller scoring the consolation.

A goal apiece from Aaron Perryman, Harry Sutton, Sean Deehan and Danny Ward kept Oxton Celtic in the hunt for runners-up spot when beating Ellesmere Port Red Lions 4-1, who responded with a goal from Nathan Saunders.
