In the Chester & Wirral Football League Queensferry Sports Premier Division, St Saviours moved seven points clear at the top after their 4-1 win over Blacon Youth FC Reserves, writes Paul Graham.

Goals from Phil Quilliam, Mason Flavell, Luke Edwards and Nial Mulreay earned them all three points.

Ben Kierman (2), Andy Noonan (2) and Luke Walker were the Higher Bebington Kelma scorers in their 5-2 win over Groves Athletic.

Only one game survived the weather in the CWFL Olympic Trophies Championship A but this was abandoned after 37 minutes.

In the CWFL Olympic Trophies Championship B top of the table clash Winsford Saxons and FC Duddon United both took a point from an enthralling encounter.

The Saxons took the lead early on in the game after Jamie Roberts converted a penalty. Winsford were looking to avenge their 4-1 defeat at the hands of Duddon earlier in the season and all looked good for them until Ryan Cartwright hit a 94th minute free kick straight into the goal to earn Duddon a point and a mass of celebrations on the touchline.

Will Magee, Lew Fenlon, John Brown, Mike Jackson and Aaron Pickavant were the scorers for Runcorn Sports in the 5-0 away win to Rossmore Rangers.

In the Vets Division Two, Dee Rangers Vets and Hartford Vets shared the spoils after their game ended 2-2.

Owen Cummins and Lee Murphy were the Hartford scorers with Andy Evans and Mike Sirrett replying for The Dee. Henry Buckley, Jonny Stubbs and a Pete Jones hattrick earned Nags Head Bunbury Vets a point in a thrilling 5-5 draw at home to Ashton Vets.

Mike Astbury (2), Ally Thompson, Luca Trasatti and Rhys Nevett were on the scoresheet for Ashton.

In the CWFL Tarvin Precision Vets Division Three, Great Sutton Vets went down 3-1 away to Winsford Diamonds Vets whose goals came courtesy of John Cheetham, Matty Walmsley and James Baldini.
