It was comeback day in the Wallasey Sunday League, as 75 goals were scored across the divisions.

In the No4 Pacific Road Bistro First Division, Harbour FC and Poulton Vics fought out a 13-goal thriller, with Vics coming from 2-6 behind and edging the contest 7-6.

Marksmen for Vics were Andy Beaver (2), Steve Kane, Dan Banicale, Ben Winstanley, Elliott Corrigan and Josh Davies with the result keeping them top with a 100% record.

Bagging the replies were Ryan Thompson, Zac Woods, Mike New and Carl Dobbs plus two own goals.

Despite being 3-0 ahead with goals from Matty Ryan (2) and Lewis Hopkins and 12 minutes remaining, Eastham Rangers forfeited the points as Vineyard netted five times to win 5-3, thanks to four goals from Kyle Sloan and a single from Lewis Jones.

JASGA FC also led 3-0 at the break versus Rockpoint FC, but the game ended 3-3 as their opponents fought back.

Netting for JASGA were Daren Pritchard (2) and Adam Walker, with Jamie Payne, Callum Hughes and Jon Pomphrett claiming the replies. Bromborough Town earned their first win of the season when beating North Wirral Saints 3-2 as Jack Cooke, Max Littler and Filipo Iulianella scored. On target for Saints were Sean Wright and Dylan Pierce.

Action from the Moreton Alarms Supplies Second Division saw Eastham Rangers Colts ride to another victory when winning 5-1 against Shore Villa as Huey Clarke (2), Ben Lennon, Charlie Norman and Dillon Thomas found the net with Jamie Smith notching the consolation.

Wallasey Wanderers kept pace with a 5-2 success over West Kirby United (Josh Duncan 2) due to efforts from Connor Jackson (2), Ben Hughes, Kevin Jardine and Macauley Lathom netting the goals.

Liscard Panthers mauled Wallasey Wolves in a 7-0 success that saw Dale Crawford (2), Jason Stephens, Ricardo Royes, Liam Bell and Curtis Ledsom scoring.

Vale Athletic continued their winning streak in the Mike O’Sullivan Garages Third Division with a 6-0 defeat of Ellesmere Port Red Lions as James Jeffries (2), Frank Ward (2), Joey Robinson and Luke Warrington fired the goals.

A ten-goal thriller between Vittoria Vaults and Rose & Crown Delta ended with the latter taking the points 6-4 with goals from Lewis McBurney (2), Fenton Kavanah, Ian Duckworth and Paul Finn plus an own goal.

Hitting the responses were Josh Sheridan and Paul Greenwood with two apiece.

Oxton Celtic secured the points with a 6-1 defeat of North West Harriers thanks to goals from Tim Hughes (2), Sean Deehan, Jamie Clarke, Joe Dhenin and Adam Hellon, with Josh Sefton netting a volleyed response.
