Woodchurch Rovers claimed a place in the 3rd round of the David Keith Tacy Memorial Cup with a splendid 4-2 success over Ellesmere Port Athletic thanks to strikes from Mike Sweeney, Danny Chamney, Luke Wynn and Kevin Ford.
A mid-table clash took place in Division Two with a high scoring game. Wirral FC called the tune after inflicting a 4-3 defeat on Barcode FC (Danny France, Rob Winters, Neil Davies), on target for Wirral FC were Ady Jones, Connor Egan, Liam Blundell and Owen Kelsey.
In Division Three, Rangers Breaks (Rob Adams, Chris Caress) took a narrow 2-1 win over AFC Tima (Steve Gately). In the Wirral District FA Sunday Amateur Cup, Lions FC (Matty Kerr, Dave McElroy, Sam Langan) dipped out to Nelson FC 7-3 in the semi-final.
