Ellesemere Port Vets reached the Wirral & District Junior Cup Final with a 2-1 win over Unitor. JP Stanhope and Paul Cupit grabbed the goals for Port.
In the Doug Johnson Vets trophy second round, a double from Mike Magee was enough for Neston Nomads Vets to see off Blacon Youth Vets 2-0.
In the Premier Division, a goal from Liam Wall wasn’t enough to prevent Sutton Athletic losing 2-1 to Helsby Reserves. Elsewhere, Nag’s Head Bunbury Vets beat Hartford Vets 4-2.
