Higher Bebington Kelma were the day’s top scorers with their 9-0 win over Helsby FC Reserves. Kenny Mahon hit a brace with the other goals coming from Sean Burgess, Josh Griffiths, Luke Gordon, James Marsden, Ben Robinson, Luke Walker and Andy Blakeborough.

Jack Rigby and Liam Smith were on target for Groves Athletic as they Beat Christleton 2-1. Zacc Threadgold was the Swans scorer. Tom Perrin (2), Steve Duckers and Ben Lennon all combined to give Ellesmere Port FC a 4-3 win over Blacon Youth FC Reserves.

The game of the day in the CWFL Olympic Trophies Championship was a 12-goal thriller between leaders Unitor and FC Duddon Utd.

Unitor came away with the points, winning 7-5 thanks to strikes from Vinnie O’Toole (3), Derek Taylor, Paul Wallace, Jason Bull and Chris Hill. Will Furmedge and Tom Evans both hit a brace for Duddon with a fifth coming from Joe Clark.

Second placed AFC Park North drew 2-2 with Princes Villa. Chester Nomads III and Orange Athletic yielded the same scoreline.
