THE CDFA Challenge Cup Final will be contested between Upton JFC and FC Duddon Utd after both teams won their respective semi-final games.

Upton JFC coasted through 8-0 against Chester Nomads III with goals from Tom Berry (3), Joe Williams (2), Danny Evans, Sam Brownlow and Matty Wood.

In the other game a jubilant FC Duddon Utd beat Premier Division highflyers Newton Athletic 1-0 with their goal coming the way of Centre Half Dan Evans.

The final will be played on May 3 at a venue to be confirmed.

The two semi finals of the Runcorn Cup were called off due to waterlogged pitches and will be played at a later date.

Crossway extended their lead at the top of the CWFL Olympic Trophies Championship Division with a 12-1 win over AFC Park North.

Dean Rattcliffe lead the scoring for Crossway with five followed by Greg Campbell (3), Adam Randles (2), Nath Jones and Matty Leedham.

Graham Davidson hit a consolation for Princes Villa as they went down 2-1 to Christleton Argyle.

All the other Championship games fell foul of the weather.

Upton JFC Vets remain top of the CWFL Tarvin Precision Vets Division East after their 7-3 win over Crossway Vets.

Chris Melia, Stu Cossins and Phil Cordell hit a brace a piece with Ben Walley adding the other.

Phil Goss and Paul Molyneux (2) were the Crossway scorers. Tarvin remain in second, just one point off the leaders, after they beat Hartford Vets 6-1 with goals from Mike Pond, John Wright, Cormac Harte, Kev Rogerson and a Rob Edge brace.

Nags Head Bunbury Vets and Ashton Vets drew 2-2, Paul Jones (2) and Tom Harrison (2) the respective scorers.

On Monday Night in the CWFL Flexi 11s Blacon High School Staff FC became champions after their 2-1 win over M&S Bank FC.

Trey Lattie and Jake Dean were the scorers for the Staff team that marks an excellent opening season for them in Flexi Football.

Over in the Warrington Flexi 11s at Orford 3G Centre Shoreham Sabres FC were crowned Champions after ending their season unbeaten.

They will now be looking for a possible double with the cup competitions starting in two weeks' time.

The other titles are still up for grabs in the CWFL Ellesmere Port Flexi 11s Monday Night Division, CWFL Friday Night Woodchurch Flexi 11s Division and the CWFL Ellesmere Port Friday Night Flexi 11s Division.
