I WENT for a short walk along the King’s Parade last Monday, May 24, after the hot weekend and was horrified by the sight that met my eyes in the grass dips there.
The amount of litter left scattered all over the place was an absolute disgrace and all those responsible, and you know who you are, should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves leaving such an uncivilised mess.
In fact, uncivilised is just the word, as those who left this were more like animals in intelligence.
No doubt the local uneducated and uncultured ‘CHAVS’ had all been gathering there and left their typical mark… We needn’t worry about potential mess left by any travellers if this is what the locals leave.
