OWNERS of a house in the Lawns, Raby Mere, have upset a neighbour with their plan to have a first floor extension to the property. Next door says it will affect light into their home and will be dominating.
However, planning officers don't agree and recommend approval. The applicant also wrote to the council saying his neighbours planted four trees 25 years ago in their front garden, which obstruct light.
A MOBILE home is planned for the garden of a house in Bellway Close, Spital, as temporary living accommodation for elderly parents. It will be sited at the back of the bungalow on the patio.
Another householder in Borrowdale Road, Bebington, has applied for a single storey extension and next door objects to 'an unusually large extension'. The officer's recommendation is for approval.
