TOMMY Paul Hughes, aged 22, of Rodney Street, Birkenhead, has been further remanded in custody until December 4 by Wirral magistrates.
He is charged with the murder of three-year-old Natasha Denmark at Rodney Street in Birkenhead in July and his solicitors have asked for a read-out committal.
There was no application for bail. Hughes also faces four charges of being concerned in the supply of heroin at Birkenhead.
