A NEW BRIGHTON chemist accused of drug offences appeared before Liverpool Crown Court.
Stuart Blake faces 13 offences involving supplying drugs and possessing drugs with intent to supply and also failing to make entries in a controlled drugs register.
Blake, aged 53, of Ringley Road, Manchester, did not enter any pleas and was further remanded on bail until May 7.
The allegations against Blake, who ran a chemist's shop in Magazine Lane, span April 1 to June 5 last year. He is accused of supplying the Class A drugs, morphine sulphate and methadone, possessing cocaine and heroin with intent to supply and supplying and possessing Class C drugs, Diconal, Temazepam, Diazepam and Nitrazepam.
Some of the offences involve supplying drugs to Norton Lodge Residential Home and Kirby Residential Home.
