IT seems to me that the "snobs" of Deeside and West Wirral who have been campaigning for Wirral out of Merseyside have finally got their way with the changing of the postcodes, despite the obvious fact that these people are in the minority.
It is totally immoral that business people in this area should have the expense of changing all their stationery to show the new postcodes and having to advise customers of the change.
Will our pensioners' bus passes now be withdrawn? It is recognised that insurance rates have been inflated due to the 'L' postcode. From April 1, can we expect lower premiums?
