GETTING dough under the New Deal are five Wirral jobseekers working in the bakery at Arkady Craigmillar, Bromborough.
Richard Birks, Faye Huxley, Kevin Aldred, Anthony Scully and Graham Harvey have jobs as process operators under the Government scheme. They are pictured with managers and Employment Service staff.
The jobseekers spend their day producing doughnuts, finger rolls, cheese baps and muffins in the factory on Stadium Road.
Faye, aged 20, from Bromborough, who had been unemployed six months before getting the New Deal job, added: "I have been here about 10 months and really enjoy it."
