EX-WIRRAL Labour councillor Paul Michael O'Connor, 35, has been sent for Crown Court trial on DSS deception allegations.
O'Connor, of Chapelhill Road, Moreton, elected to go before a jury on two charges of obtaining cheques each worth £75.68 by falsely representing Giro cheques had not been received.
He was bailed for plea and direction on August 12.
