FIRST Thornton Hough Rainbow Unit and 1st Thornton Hough Brownie Unit have reason to be proud.
Guider's Warrants have been awarded to Laura Horne and Alexandra Young. For the last two years they have been Young Leaders training with the 1st Thornton Hough Brownies and 1st Thornton Hough Rainbows respectively.
Both Alexandra and Laura were Brownies and Guides in Thornton Hough, were pupils together at Thornton Hough County Primary School and progressed to Neston High School. From there they are both currently studying at Handbridge, Chester. Laura is working towards A levels in Maths, English and Psychology, and Alexandra is working for the N.N.E.B. qualification. Both hope to go into teaching.
