WIRRAL Magistrates ordered an Eastham man to reside at an Essex address and keep out of the Wirral area when bailing him until September 24.
Darren Justin Widdison, aged 24, of Bridle Road, Eastham, faces allegations at Spital, New Ferry and Eastham of making threats to kill two women complainants, burglary with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, two charges of rape, three of indecent assault, another of unlawfully imprisoning a woman, and one of attempting to render a woman incapable of resistence to enable him to commit rape.
Prosecutor Jenny Williams in agreeing to ball said some charges may eventually be withdrawn.
