From A.J. Palfrey:-
My wife and I, enjoying what we would like to consider our well-earned autumn years, were recently shocked by the attitude of a resident of nearby Oxton.
While walking our cherished and well cared for pedigree Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (as opposed to the multitudinous strays apparently populating our once pristine streets), a lady saw fit to leave her house and address my wife, in the process telling the bitch to "get off" her lawn.
Is this the manner our youth are encouraged to act in? My wife is unused to this vile treatment.
