VAUXHALL Sports and Social Club was the venue for a presentation by seven schools from Wirral on the application of Maths in the workplace.
This joint initiative between Vauxhall Motors and Wirral schools was to help raise pupils awareness of the importance of maths and its practical application within industry.
Pupils from Hilbre HS, South Wirral HS, Rock Ferry HS, Prenton HS, Bebington HS, Park High School and St Mary's College worked with Vauxhall engineering staff at the factory on the practical application of maths.
