FIRST, the best, the Globe leads the rest when it comes to local coverage of motor sport. Now two lucky readers can be a VIP at the top motor sport event staged at Oulton Park's picturesque race circuit in Cheshire.

For the Globe has teamed up with Esso Ultron and team Honda Sport to offer the lucky reader a ticket for two to see the British Touring Car Championship racing at Oulton on Sunday, September 12.

The lucky winners will be able to watch the action from the comfort of the West Surrey Team Honda Sport hospitality unit, have lunch and get a chance to meet both the top Honda drivers of James Tompson and Peter Kox.

What's more, will be cheering on a local team as the Hondas' will be sporting the Wirral Globe logo to add to the atmosphere and excitement of the day. Tens of thousands of people turn out to watch the Touring Cars and our two readers will be VIP guests. Five runners-up will each receive an Esso Ultron goody bag, which includes five litres of Esso Ultron fully synthetic motor oil for your next pit stop!

You have to be quick off the mark to enter this contest, exclusive to the Globe, courtesy of Esso Ultron and Team Honda Sport. After all, it is a motor racing contest and we need to get the winning tickets to our VIP guest by the weekend. This will be the last chance to see the Touring Cars at Oulton before the final is decided.

The question is simple. What is the number on the 1999 Peter Kox car?

Answers on a postcard to Robin Bird, Esso/Touring Cars, Wirral Globe, Catherine Street, Birkenhead, CH41 6HW, by Friday lunchtime, or FAX answer on 906 3048.
