OFF to sunny Spain is the Wirral Globe/HSA Mum in a Million award winner Tina Smith, from Liscard.
Tina was the winner of the competition and won four tickets for the three-day trip to Bilbao with P&O.
The award went to Tina for the hard work and care she showed in bringing up her three children and disabled foster daughter.
HSA Healthcare Chief Executive Des Benjamin said: "More than 200 of Britain's best parents were invited on the trip.
"We heard some lovely stories of love and dedication and we saw sons and daughters of all ages who obviously thought the world of their mums and dads.
"The prizegiving ceremony was quite an emotional occasion as some of the winners have had some really harrowing experiences but everyone agreed that it is a memory they will treasure for the rest of their lives."
