WILL Thompson in his Dart El Loco won twice as Dee Sailing Club completed their first ever Winter Series on the Dee Estuary.
Thompson clinched the overall award ahead of Ian Blair in a B14 and Barry Arnison in another Dart.
Hoylake dinghy races were won by Alan Gregory, Matthew Melling and Steve Stratton.
Liverpool Yacht Club started their Spring Series with a 26-strong turnout on the Mersey.
Division One of the Channell Handicap was taken by Jim Connell in Touch Wood ahead of Richard Booth in Nod's New Car. Warwick Telfer in Clarevoyant won Division Two with Bob Nightingale in Spring Onion second.
The LBSA section went to Bill Thompson in Night Flyer with Steve Massey second in Star Streak.
