Stolen snack gets Wirral man a curfew
A Birkenhead man must maintain a nightly curfew for six weeks for the theft of a sandwich.
Wirral Magistrates made the daily order from 10pm to 7am against 43-year-old Philip Gregor Banks of Moorland Road, Birkenhead.
He admitted stealing a sandwich - value not stated -from a newsagent shop in Church Road, Birkenhead, in September.
