A 22-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of four-year-old Wallasey nursery school pupil Chloe Fletcher.
The child's mother, Laura Fletcher, of Oakdale Avenue, Poulton, has been charged with murder.
She is due to appear at Wirral Magistrates' Court this afternoon and the Globe is in attendance.
A post mortem revealed the cause of Chloe's death was drowning.
