A meeting will be held on Tuesday night in Hoylake over concerns about drunken rowdyism in the town.
Organisers, including former ward councillor Jackie Hall, say the town has witnessed an increase in anti-social behaviour.
They are insisting that Wirral Council and Merseyside Police continue to oppose bar owners' calls for increased opening hours beyond 12.30am.
They are asking for anyone who shares their concerns, or would like to discuss any other issues affecting the area, to join them at a public meeting in Melrose Hall, Melrose Avenue, from 8pm, on Tuesday.
Please note that an earlier report incorrectly stated that the meeting starts at 7pm.
